Do I need to upload a CV?
No. Uploading a CV is the fastest way to get started, but it is optional. You can also complete your profile yourself or build it through AI chat. Narida works beyond the limits of a standard CV: your profile can include what you want to avoid, your work preferences, career goals and personal priorities that may not appear in a CV. A CV alone is therefore not enough to get the most from Narida when finding the right job. Keep your profile current for the strongest matches and most relevant tailored material.
Which languages does Narida support?
Narida can work with job ads and profile content in any language. Generated material follows the job ad's detected language, except for interview questions where you can choose the output language. Narida's interface is available in English, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, Italian, Estonian, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Greek, Czech and Hungarian.
How does Interview Practice work?
After a job analysis, Narida creates tailored interview questions from the role and your application context. You can listen to each question, answer by voice or text, and receive AI feedback with a score, strengths, improvements and a strong sample answer.
Can I ask questions about how Narida works?
Yes. Use the chat on the website to ask about Narida’s features and how to use the app. It can explain the workflow for creating your profile, analysing a job ad, generating a tailored CV or cover letter, preparing for interviews, and using your account. The chat provides product guidance; it does not replace the job analysis or create application materials for you.
Can Narida help me find job ads?
Yes. In step 0 of the Workflow, you can use Job Search to find current listings from Platsbanken. EURES, the European jobs network, is coming soon. AI can also generate relevant search building blocks from your profile, such as roles, skills, industries and locations. You choose which building blocks to use and can always edit the search yourself. You can read each listing, open the original ad and save relevant jobs to the Application Tracker before analyzing them against your profile. It is a complete job-search flow that works independently on mobile, tablet and desktop, so you can search, read, save and continue to analysis without manually copying and pasting.

Yes. Narida can analyse the questions in a job application form and prepare relevant, editable suggested answers based on your profile and the specific job. You review the answers and copy them into the employer’s form yourself. Narida does not automatically submit or fill in external websites on your behalf.
Can Narida help me apply for jobs in more than one language?
Yes. Narida can analyse job ads in any language, with no restriction on the language of the job ad. You can also create your profile and upload your CV in any language. When you generate a CV or cover letter for a specific role, the material follows the job ad's detected language. Interview questions use the job ad's language by default, but you can always choose a different output language if you prefer.
What does Narida include for multilingual job seekers?
Narida combines job-ad analysis, a profile-based match score, tailored CV and cover-letter preparation, interview practice with voice or text answers, AI feedback, and questions to ask the employer. Can Narida help me find jobs as well as prepare applications?
Yes. Start in Job Search to search current job listings from Platsbanken, Sweden’s official job portal. EURES, the European jobs network, is coming soon. Search by role or keyword, open a full listing directly in Narida, and save relevant opportunities to your Application Tracker. When you are ready, open any saved job and run a tailored analysis against your profile, then continue with your CV, cover letter and interview preparation.
Does Narida include an application tracker?
Yes. Application Tracker is a Kanban-style board that gives you one clear overview of every job you have analyzed, so the work does not disappear once the CV or cover letter is generated. It automatically organizes jobs from analysed and preparing to ready to apply, then lets you update the outcome: application sent, called to interview, interview completed, offer or rejected. Each card keeps the job match score and shows which materials are ready, including the tailored CV, cover letter, application-form answers, interview practice and questions to ask. When you are called to interview, you can open that job’s interview practice or employer-question step directly from the tracker. It is designed to connect the full job-search process in one place—not just generate documents.
How do I find jobs with Narida?
Open Job Search, choose the sources and country you want to search, then enter your own search terms or create simple building blocks from your profile with AI. Confirm your search and Narida shows matching listings. Select the jobs you want to keep and add them directly to your Application Tracker.
What do I need to do myself when using Narida?
You stay in control throughout the process. Keep your profile current, as it is the foundation for job matches and tailored material. Choose which jobs to pursue and review your search terms and search scope. Before applying, read every generated CV, cover letter and document, edit them where needed, and confirm that they accurately represent you. Review and approve every suggested answer to application-form questions before using it. Finally, you submit each application yourself through the employer’s application process. Narida supports your preparation; it never sends applications automatically.
How does Narida tailor my application material and interview preparation?
Narida uses your profile, your goals and the specific job ad to help you prepare in a way that reflects your unique chances for the role. The analysis is private guidance for you: it helps you understand the match and prepare for areas that may need extra thought. It never exposes perceived weaknesses in generated application material. Once you choose to pursue a job, every generated CV, cover letter, suggested form answer and interview preparation is focused on presenting your relevant experience, strengths and motivation as convincingly as possible for that role. You always review and approve the content before using it.
Are there disadvantages to adding things I want to avoid to my profile?
No. This information is private and is never presented as a weakness to employers. It gives Narida a clearer picture of what matters to you, helping it make more relevant choices throughout your preparation. Whether your match score is high or low, this context can strengthen your CV, cover letter, suggested application-form answers, interview preparation and questions to ask the employer. It helps you focus on opportunities where you can present your relevant strengths convincingly and make a more informed decision about whether the role is right for you.
How do Narida AI costs and plans work?
Narida offers two ways to use AI. Narida Native uses Narida's built-in AI and is paid for with app credits. BYOAI (Bring Your Own AI) lets you add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini API key in Settings; AI features use fewer app credits, while your AI provider bills you separately for its usage.
Pro BYOAI and Daily BYOAI make AI features free inside Narida during the active period; you still pay your AI provider directly. Pro Native includes a monthly allowance of Narida Native AI uses, after which app credits apply. Visit Buy credits to see current credit packs and plan prices.
Are Narida CVs ATS-friendly?
Yes. Narida CVs are generally designed to be ATS-friendly: they use a clear standard structure, common section headings, simple bullet points, and relevant keywords from the job ad. They avoid decorative formatting and complex layouts. However, every employer may use a different applicant tracking system, so compatibility with a specific system cannot be guaranteed.
How do I use BYOAI (Bring Your Own AI)?
Go to Settings → API Key Manager. Add an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. The key is tested and saved automatically. When it has been verified, select the corresponding AI model under AI Model.
With BYOAI, Narida uses your own provider key for AI features. A Pro BYOAI subscription or Daily BYOAI pass makes those app calls free; without a subscription, BYOAI calls use fewer Narida credits than Narida Native. Your AI provider may charge separately for its own usage.
You can use the provider links already available in API Key Manager to create an account or find your API key.
How is my personal information protected when Narida uses AI?
Narida is designed to limit the personal information shared with AI. When creating a CV or cover letter, contact details are not sent to the AI. Instead, Narida uses placeholders during generation and inserts any selected contact details locally after the AI has finished, so your documents can still be complete. When generating interview-practice questions, Narida also masks personal identifiers found in your generated CV, cover letter, application answers, and related analysis before sending the material to the AI. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profile links. Your saved documents are never changed by this masking.
Why is there a Contact details section in my profile?
The Contact details section stores your first name, last name, email address, phone number and LinkedIn separately from your professional profile. These details are not sent to the AI. When you create a CV, cover letter or application-form answers, Narida can retrieve them locally and add them where needed. You can also manually add, edit or remove contact details in each individual CV, cover letter or application before downloading it.
How do I delete my profile or account?
Go to Settings and scroll to “Danger Zone”. Select “Delete Account” and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, profile, and all saved data. Please note that it also cancels active subscriptions and purchased plans; no refund is given for any remaining period.
Can I create a spontaneous application?
Yes. In Workflow, choose “Create a spontaneous application”. Enter the company, describe the contribution or role you want to offer, optionally add an application link, and select the document language. Then create a tailored CV and/or cover letter and save the application. Because a spontaneous application is not based on a specific job ad, Narida does not provide a job-match analysis, score, match, mismatch or red-flag assessment. Spontaneous applications are supported in every language available in Narida.
